“Managing My Emotions” is a course designed to guide young learners to understand their emotions and suggest ways to deal with difficult emotions, with ease. Managing emotions or learning to react is a skill which all of us can learn to lead a more positive and balanced life. Learning to be aware of our emotions will not only help us talk about feelings more clearly, and avoid or resolve conflicts better but also move past difficult feelings more easily.
Hence, this course will enable the learners to manage their emotions well, resort to clear thinking and make well-informed decisions.
